“Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD, the people chosen as His inheritance.” – Psalm 33:12
On Tuesday of Catholic Schools Week, we celebrated our nation with a special focus on piety. Our faculty, staff, and students gathered in prayer, offering a Rosary for our country, learning about the American Flag, and studying the lives of American saints who modeled faith and service.
Our students also generously donated to purchase flowers in honor of our fallen heroes. The funds collected were used to create a beautiful patriotic arrangement, thoughtfully prepared by Gray’s Florist. With the assistance of Mayor Don Tozzi, the arrangement was respectfully delivered to the GySgt. John Basilone Memorial.
Thank you to our St. Ann families for praying for our nation and sharing their treasure to honor those who gave everything in service to our country. May we continue to form hearts filled with faith, gratitude, and love.
