Honor Society
National Junior Honor Society (NJHS)
NJHS fosters academic excellence, community service, and leadership development among its members. Every year, St. Ann Classical Academy nominates several students for induction into the NJHS. Eligble students must meet the society's GPA requirements and demonstrate service, leadership, good character, and civic engagement to become members. -
Co-Curricular Activities
At St. Ann Classical Academy, co-curricular activities are an essential extension of our mission to form the whole person—mind, body, and soul. These offerings provide students with opportunities to grow in virtue, develop their God-given talents, and participate more fully in the life of the Church and school community.
Whether serving at the altar, lifting their voices in sacred music, or learning to play an instrument with discipline and joy, students engage in activities that cultivate reverence, creativity, responsibility, and beauty. Co-curricular programs like Altar Serving, Instrumental Music, Schola, and Bell Choir allow students to deepen their faith, enrich our liturgical life, and discover the joy of offering their gifts in service to God and others.
Altar Servers
Serving at the altar is a special privilege for St. Ann students who wish to grow in reverence, responsibility, and love for the Eucharist. As altar servers, students assist the priest during Mass, take an active role in the spiritual life of the Church, and develop leadership through humble and faithful service at the altar. This sacred duty forms young hearts in virtue, discipline, and devotion.
Schola is a sacred music ensemble where students grow in faith, reverence, and musical excellence. Rooted in the Church’s rich liturgical tradition, members of the Schola learn to chant, sing hymns, and lead music for school Masses and special celebrations.

Through disciplined practice and joyful praise, students deepen their understanding of the liturgy, develop vocal skills, and offer their gifts to God in a spirit of beauty, devotion, and service.
Bell Choir offers students a unique opportunity to participate in the beauty of sacred music through the art of handbell ringing. With teamwork, timing, and attentiveness, students learn to create harmonious music that enhances our school liturgies and special events. Rooted in our classical and Catholic mission, Bell Choir nurtures discipline, cooperation, and reverence, allowing students to joyfully glorify God through the gift of music.

Instrumental MusicOffered through Musical Adventures LLP with Mr. and Mrs. Mallinson, our Instrumental Music Program includes Beginner and Advanced Band for students in grades 4–8, and recorder instruction in 3rd grade. Through brass, woodwind, and ensemble work, students develop musical skill, discipline, and an appreciation for beauty—all while learning to glorify God through the gift of music.
Buddies Program
The Buddies Program pairs Lower and Upper School students to foster friendship, mentorship, and community across grade levels. Together, buddies attend Mass, read, collaborate on projects, and share meaningful learning experiences. This beloved tradition helps facilitate the close-knit, family feeling that defines life at St. Ann Classical Academy—where everyone knows everyone, and each child is known, loved, and supported. -
After School Clubs
At St. Ann Classical Academy, learning doesn’t end when the last bell rings. Our after-school clubs offer students a variety of enriching opportunities to explore their interests, talents, and curiosities beyond the classroom. Rooted in our Catholic classical mission, these clubs foster creativity, leadership, collaboration, and joy in a supportive, virtue-centered environment.

Drama C
lubAt St. Ann Classical Academy, Drama Club is more than performance—it’s formation. Rooted in our classical vision, students engage in storytelling that cultivates imagination, deepens empathy, and encourages virtue. Through character study, teamwork, and live theater, students grow in confidence, expression, and appreciation for truth and beauty. Our recent production of Peter Pan in 30 Minutes, A Drama NotebookTM Production, invited students to rediscover wonder and reflect on timeless themes like courage, self-sacrifice, and the desire for eternal things.
Lego Club
LEGO Club offers our youngest students a creative and collaborative space to explore design, problem-solving, and imagination. Through themed builds, friendly challenges, and free exploration, students learn to think critically, work as a team, and bring their ideas to life—one brick at a time. Rooted in our classical emphasis on hands-on learning and joyful discovery, LEGO Club helps students grow in focus, patience, and wonder.
Italian Club is a joyful celebration of faith, culture, and community. Students come together to make, taste, and enjoy traditional Italian recipes while learning about Italian customs, Catholic feast days, and cultural traditions. Through hands-on cooking, storytelling, and fellowship, students grow in gratitude, hospitality, and appreciation for the richness of Italian heritage. It's a club rooted in flavor, friendship, and fun!

Math Club invites students to explore the wonder, order, and beauty of mathematics beyond the classroom. Through games, puzzles, challenges, and real-world problem-solving, students strengthen their skills while discovering the joy of logical thinking and creative reasoning. Rooted in our classical vision, Math Club helps students grow in perseverance, precision, and intellectual curiosity—all while having fun with numbers.

Tutoring Club fosters a spirit of service, scholarship, and mentorship as members of our Junior National Honor Society support Lower School students in their academic growth. Rooted in our Catholic classical mission, this program strengthens understanding, builds confidence, and cultivates meaningful relationships across grade levels. Older students grow in leadership and charity, while younger students benefit from personalized support in a joyful and encouraging environment. -
beyond the classroom
At St. Ann Classical Academy, student life is enriched by joyful experiences that extend learning, deepen friendships, and create lasting memories. Throughout the year, students take part in meaningful traditions and events that nurture both school spirit and personal growth.
Whether dressing up for Trunk or Treat, sharing a meal at the Spaghetti Dinner or Pancake Breakfast, or marching with pride in the Basilone Parade, students experience firsthand what it means to be part of something greater than themselves. These shared moments foster gratitude, joy, and responsibility, while reinforcing the values we teach each day in the classroom.
Many students also build friendships outside of school hours by participating in Scouts through Pack 95, which meets right on our campus—offering even more opportunities to grow in leadership, service, and community.
