St. Carlo Acutis & Our Virtue of the Month

September 18, 2025This year, the @diocesemetuchen Office of Schools invites us to journey alongside St. Carlo Acutis, the first millennial saint, who was canonized earlier this month and stands as a powerful role model for young people everywhere.
Though he loved technology and used it well, Carlo’s greatest passion was his deep love for Jesus in the Eucharist.
He once said, “To always be close to Jesus, that is my life plan.”His life shows us that holiness is possible for every young person who chooses faith and friendship with Christ.Throughout September, we focus on the virtue of Faith—seeing how Carlo lived it, and seeking to nurture this same steadfast trust in God within the hearts of our students.Please join us in praying that our students, families, and community may grow in this beautiful virtue and, like Carlo, become joyful witnesses of God’s love in the world.
